Cole Harbour Place

This recreational centre was done in several phases.  The original arena utilizes a prefabricated steel structure and was the first phase of the complex. The next phase added a second ice surface, swimming and wading pools, along with community rooms and library.  The structures for this were mainly steel with conventional concrete foundations and exterior podiums and slabs. Subsequent phases expanded the building, adding a large wellness centre with a concrete foundation, columns and slabs.
